Q: Can you match specific colors, like Pantone (PMS) colors?
A: Absolutely. We use professional color management systems and can accurately match Pantone (PMS) colors. Please provide the Pantone number for precise color matching.
Q: Do you offer samples? How long does it take to receive them?
A:Yes, we provide prototypes and pre-production samples. Shipping time for samples is typically 5-7 working days after confirmation. Sample costs are refundable upon placing the bulk order.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Our standard payment terms are 50% deposit with the order and 50% balance before shipment. For new customers, payment by T/T or L/C at sight is preferred.

A:We have a strict QC process with multiple checkpoints, from material inspection to pre-press proofing, in-line production checks, and a final random inspection before shipment.
Q: What is your shipping process?
A: We handle all export formalities and can ship via sea or air freight. We work with reliable freight forwarders and will provide you with all necessary shipping documents (Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, etc.).
